Premium Cleaning Service
Please read these terms carefully before booking our services
By booking a service with DomesticarePlus Cleaning Ltd ("the Company") via telephone, e-mail, or website, the Client ("You") agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to make changes to any part of these terms without prior notice. Please check our website regularly for updates.
VAT: All shown prices are exclusive of VAT. The Company charges VAT at the current statutory rate of 20%.
Quotes: Estimates are based on average room sizes and standard conditions. If the property is significantly larger, misrepresented, or in a condition that poses a risk to health and well-being, we reserve the right to amend the price or refuse service.
Pre-payment: Payment is due prior to service commencement via Bank Transfer, Standing Order, or major UK credit/debit card.
Non-Cleared Funds: We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services without notice due to declined transactions or non-cleared funds.
Late Payments: Under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act, we reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel, reschedule, or amend a booking.
Lock-outs & Access: The full service fee (or a minimum £50.00 fee) applies if our cleaners cannot gain access due to:
Bank Holidays: Our staff work on Bank Holidays. The standard 24-hour notice period applies; otherwise, the regular amount due will be charged regardless of whether the clean takes place.
Supplies: The Client must provide all cleaning materials (detergents, solutions, towels, cloths, gloves) and equipment (vacuum, mop/bucket, brush, iron/board).
Safety: Equipment must be safe, in full working order, and require no special skills to use. The Company is not liable for damage caused by Client-provided chemicals or faulty equipment.
Utilities: The Client must provide constant hot water and electricity.
Hazards: You must inform us of any broken items, loose fixtures, or hazards (mould, pests) before the clean begins.
DomesticarePlus Cleaning Ltd is not responsible for:
Zero Tolerance: We reserve the right to leave immediately if cleaners are abused or discriminated against. The full fee will apply.
Physical Limits: For staff safety, we do not move heavy furniture (e.g., pianos, wardrobes).
Biohazards: We reserve the right to refuse service if a property is deemed a health hazard (e.g., extreme hoarding or biohazards). A call-out fee will apply.
No Refunds: No refund claims will be entertained once the service has been carried out.
Rectification: If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the disputed area free of charge. If we fail to rectify the issue within a reasonable time, a pro-rata refund for that specific part of the service may be offered.
Damage Claims: Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
The Client agrees not to directly hire or "poach" any cleaner introduced by the Company for a period of 6 months after the termination of services. A recruitment/referral fee will apply if this clause is breached.
GDPR: We use your personal data only to manage bookings and payments in accordance with UK GDPR.
Photography: Our cleaners will take "Before and After" photos as proof of service and for protection against damage claims. By booking, you agree that the Company may use these photos for marketing on our website and social networks (ensuring no personal identity or sensitive data is visible).
